Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proactive Global Network (the "Platform"), including all courses, internships, live classes, certificates and related services offered by us. By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or purchasing any course or plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and to keep it updated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Courses, Internships & Certificates

Courses, internship programs, live classes and other content are provided for educational purposes. Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment and continues either for the duration mentioned on the course/plan page or, where stated, for lifetime access. Certificates are issued only on meeting the completion criteria specified for that course or internship (e.g. minimum progress, assessments, or attendance).

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned separately. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers. 5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share your account or course access with others, (b) copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly host course content, (c) upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or (d) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform. Violation may result in suspension of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the Proactive Global Network name and brand are the property of Proactive Global Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial learning use only.

7. Live Classes & Recordings

Live class schedules may change due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances; we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students in advance and, where possible, provide a recording.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. payment gateway, video hosting). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proactive Global Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or employment outcomes. Course completion does not guarantee employment or any specific outcome.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prejudice to any fees already paid.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at RS NO.-103/D, PLOT NO. 4 MASHYAL LAYOUT, VIDYAGIRI, BAGALKOT.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
